These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Atexsell AI — including professional graphics design services, screen print color separation, DTF DTG design services, and embroidery digitizing services. By accessing or using our website, you accept these terms in full.
By accessing atexsellai.tech and using our creative design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by all terms described in this agreement. Our professional digital design agency delivers high-quality services for clients worldwide — from independent apparel brands to large-scale printing businesses.
Services include logo design, print-ready artwork, screen print color separation, vector conversion, embroidery digitizing, DTF DTG artwork preparation, packaging design, branding identity, and merchandise graphics.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and professional graphics design services confirms your acceptance of any updated policies.
These terms apply to all custom apparel design, screen print artwork services, packaging design, and digital creative solutions offered by Atexsell AI.
Note: It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected on the updated date shown at the top of this document.
Company: Atexsell Creative Services — provider of professional design solutions.
Client: Any individual or organization purchasing or requesting services from Atexsell AI.
Artwork: Any creative file, design, vector, mockup, or digital illustration produced by Atexsell AI.
Service: Includes DTF DTG design services, embroidery digitizing services, and print packaging and merchandise design services.
The agreement becomes legally active once project confirmation or payment is completed. Work begins after receiving complete project requirements, references, and formal approval from the client.
Clients who place orders through atexsellai.tech are bound by this agreement from the moment of order submission.
Atexsell AI provides premium-quality creative solutions for apparel brands, clothing businesses, online stores, and printing companies. Our full scope of services includes:
Clients must provide accurate project instructions, references, and all required assets. Atexsell AI reserves the right to decline any request that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party copyright laws.
Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights for the delivered artwork. Atexsell AI retains the right to display completed work in our design portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be completed according to the agreed invoice schedule. Delayed or incomplete payments may affect project delivery timelines. Atexsell AI reserves the right to pause active projects until outstanding invoices are settled.
International payments are processed through secure payment gateways or direct bank transfer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Important: Invoices not paid within the agreed period may incur a late processing fee or project suspension at Atexsell AI's discretion.
Final deliverable files will be provided after the client approves the completed artwork. Clients are fully responsible for reviewing all files — including screen print separations and DTF DTG print files — before sending to production. Atexsell AI is not liable for production errors resulting from client-approved artwork.
Atexsell AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website due to scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
All creative services are provided on an "as delivered" basis following client approval. We make no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in individual project agreements.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Atexsell AI harmless from any third-party copyright claims or legal disputes arising from materials, logos, images, or text supplied by the client.
Atexsell AI's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
These terms and conditions are governed under applicable digital business regulations and international service laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Atexsell AI's professional design services will be resolved under the appropriate legal jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
